John Rumpler
President & Chief Executive Officer, QBE the
Americas Division
John Rumpler became president and chief executive officer of QBE's
Americas Division in June 2009. He joined QBE in 1997 and led the
development of QBE's international credit, surety and lenders
mortgage insurance business. Rumpler was a member of the QBE
Australia executive team and chaired the QBE Australia Management
Committee and several QBE subsidiaries. He has more than 28 years
experience in international banking, government and insurance.
Rumpler is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Export
and an alumni member of INSEAD Business School (France). He is a
fellow of the Australian Institute of Banking and Finance, a member
of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and was the
president of the International Credit and Surety Association
(ICISA) in 2006-08 and the vice president in the prior two
years.

CD Davies
Chief Executive Officer, QBE FIRST
"CD" Davies was appointed chief executive officer of QBE FIRST
in April 2012. He joins the company from Capital One where he
served as president of Capital One Home Loans. There, he was
responsible for creating and managing an industry-leading mortgage
and home equity division while managing a multi-billion dollar
servicing and asset portfolio. Drawing from more than 20 years of
executive and financial management experience, CD significantly
expanded Capital One's presence in the mortgage industry. His
achievements include leading the acquisition of ING DIRECT and
the successful integration of Chevy Chase Bank. CD's distinguished
career includes several executive leadership roles at LendingTree
and Wachovia Mortgage Corporation. CD is a graduate of Clemson
University and serves as an Executive Board member of the
university's business school.

Jim Fiore
Chief Underwriting Officer
Jim Fiore has held the position of chief underwriting officer for
QBE's Americas Division since 2005. He also serves as ceded
reinsurance buyer and deputy chairman of QBE's worldwide security
committee. He began his career with QBE in 1992 as vice president
and treaty reinsurance manager, later becoming senior vice
president and chief underwriting officer of the Reinsurance
business unit and executive vice president and chief operating
officer. Fiore has more than 25 years of industry experience and is
actively involved in the Brokers and Reinsurance Markets
Association, Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New York,
International Insurance Society and Reinsurance Association of
America.

Chris Fish
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Fish has held several key positions within QBE's finance
organization since joining the company in 1995. He moved into his
role as chief financial officer in 2008 after serving as chief
financial officer and executive vice president of the Specialty and
Reinsurance business units. He has more than 20 years of experience
within the financial services industry, specifically focusing on
insurance and reinsurance. Fish earned his bachelor's degree in
accounting and computer information systems from Manhattan College
(N.Y.). He is a member of numerous professional organizations
including Society of Insurance Financial Management (SIFM),
Reinsurance Association of America (RAA), Risk & Insurance
Management Society (RIMS) and Insurance and Accounting Systems
Association (IASA).

Dean Harring
Chief Claims Officer
Dean Harring joined QBE's Americas Division in 2008 as chief claims
officer, bringing 35 years of experience as a claims senior
executive with various insurance companies. He also founded a
consulting firm specializing in improving property casualty claims
operations. A graduate of Bowdoin College (Maine), Harring
completed management training at the Kellogg School of Northwestern
University in Illinois and advanced management training at the
Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He holds the
Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified
Insurance Counselor (CIC) designations and has served as a board
member for several industry organizations such as the National
Insurance Crime Bureau, the American Insurance Association Claim
Administration committee, the Community Law Center and Arbitration
Forums Inc.

Pete Maloney
Chief Legal Officer
Pete Maloney was appointed chief legal officer for QBE's Americas
Division in 2007. He joined QBE in 2004 as senior vice president
and corporate counsel. Maloney has more than 15 years experience as
a practicing attorney and worked extensively on commercial
insurance and reinsurance industry issues. He earned his law degree
at St. John's University (N.Y.) after receiving his undergraduate
degree from Columbia University (N.Y.).

Susan Roskell
Chief Human Resources Officer
Susan Roskell was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer of QBE
North America in 2012. Previous to joining QBE, she spent more than
seven years with Credit Suisse, most recently as Managing Director
- Global Head of Human Resources for its Asset Management division.
At Credit Suisse, Roskell was also a member of the Talent, Branding
and Communications Management Committee and a member of the Global
Leadership Council. Roskell joined Credit Suisse from Merrill
Lynch, where she was European Head of Fixed Income Human Resources.
Prior to that, she worked at ING Barings as European Head of Human
Resources for Fixed Income and Equities. She attended the
University of Westminster in London.

Michael Scala
President, Intermediary Distribution
Michael Scala became President, Intermediary Distribution for QBE
the Americas in 2010. He is responsible for market development and
relationship management with all major brokers and corporate
partners. He holds 30 years of insurance industry experience, 16 of
those with QBE. He is familiar with and has managed most aspects of
QBE's business in Australia and more recently in Asia. Prior to his
career with QBE, he worked in various positions at insurance
companies in Australia and the UK.

Steven L. Sheinheit
Chief Strategy and Technology Officer
Steven Sheinheit became Chief Strategy and Technology Officer for
QBE's Americas Division in 2009, bringing extensive experience in
insurance and financial services. He leads the strategy and
technology team, which develops and executes corporate and business
strategies and deploys technologies across the company. He holds an
MBA in operations research from Baruch College in New York and a
bachelor's degree in computer science from City College of New York
School of Engineering. He is also a graduate of the Harvard
Advanced Management Program.
